so this past weekend, I went to target and found myself a beautiful journal filled with graph paper. the plan is to write something interesting that happens to me everyday.  like today for example, today was the first day of 2010 that I wore a turtleneck. mundane? perhaps.  but we don’t all live the jetsetter lifestyle, so what can you do.  hopefully something a little more interesting...

smoe: I used to love rainy days. They used to be a novelty and the skies seemed prettier when they were grey because of the rainclouds rather than because of the smog that persistently smothered the LA basin. Then I moved away and learned that rain can come down sideways and be accompanied by frigid slush and icicle tears, and I pretty much declared my undying devotion to the sun.
