hello my name is jennifer inyoung hur. i love pumpkins and baking for my best friends janice luan and susan bae. i’m going to miss them so much while i am in boston. i also love unicorns! they’re so fluffy and white! i especially love turtles. In china, people eat turtles for soup. Did you know that? supposedly the soup is black. That is so interesting..

this past weekend...
friday: hung out with my auntie. “times square” in korea. watched grease the musiucal, in korean. that was interesting.
saturday: hung out with the only two friends I have in korea.
sunday: namsan tower - overrated. got see my cousin’s kids!
super short cause I’m lazy plus, this was from a week and a half ago so I don’t really remember that much.

friday (coughing up a lung throughout the day): got lunch at milk with susan bae, melrose (return stuff @ urban outfitters) - we always stop by melrose…strange, magnolia bakery (closed. we learned the hard way), bigmanbakes (moist & delicious double chocolate and pumpkin cupcakes), drove by angel’s knoll (nowhere to park), drove by walt disney...

so, 6 (yes, SIX) years ago, I wrote this letter to myself and stowed it away in a safe place. tonight, as I was looking through my drawers and such, I found it! — two years late.

this past weekend...
this marks the first in a series I’m going (to try) to do: four pictures that sum up my weekend. some weekends it may be more than 4, but this weekend was rather slow, so that’s why it’s basically 4 pictures of laguna beach.
although friday and saturday were total busts, sunday was: pcc flea market (lost my heart to a $40 almost-mint-condition typewriter), old town pasadena...
