Café Du Monde
This post has been a loong time comin’ but I just haven’t been able to put the time aside to actually write it. I was really looking forward to going to Café Du Monde when I went to New Orleans.  The beignets and café au lait sounded and looked delicious.  And while the café au lait fell short, the beignets definitely did not disappoint.  The menu is simple and practical....
